Dozens gather outside Moroccan consulate in Barcelona amid Spain's regulatisation plan

Barcelona, Spain, Apr 15 (EFE).- A long line of migrants formed on Wednesday at the Moroccan consulate in Barcelona to obtain the necessary documentation that will allow them to qualify for the special regularization program set to take effect on Thursday in Spain.
