Dhaka welcomes Bangla New Year with Baishakhi Shobhajatra procession

Dhaka, Apr 14 (EFE/EPA).- Dhaka hosted on Tuesday the Baishakhi Shobhajatra, also known as the Mangal Shobhajatra procession marking the first day of the Bangla New Year, a nationwide festival recognized as intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO. (Camera: MONIRUL ALAM).
