Desperate search for water in northeastern Venezuela after reservoir damage

Cumaná (Venezuela), Apr 17 (EFE).– Thousands of people in Sucre state and parts of Margarita Island, in northeastern Venezuela, have been facing an unprecedented water crisis for nearly two months, forcing them to rely on seawater, rivers, or improvised sources to survive, in a situation handled with secrecy by authorities.
