China housing prices decline for 34th consecutive month

Beijing, Apr 16 (EFE/EPA).- Prices of new homes in China fell for the 34th consecutive month in March amid the country’s prolonged property crisis, although the pace of decline eased compared to the previous month, as was also the case for second-hand housing.

Prices in 70 selected cities dropped 0.21 percent month-on-month, according to EFE calculations based on data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, compared with a 0.28 percent decline in February.
