Lima, Apr 14 (EFE).– The European Union’s electoral observation mission in Peru stated this Tuesday that the general elections held on Sunday and Monday were transparent, finding no objective evidence of fraud, despite “serious problems” in the distribution of electoral materials that caused major delays at some polling stations and extended voting into Monday at others.
