Brussels (Belgium), 17/04/2026.- Cherry trees in full bloom line the streets of the Le Logis–Floreal garden cities in Watermael-Boitsfort, Brussels, Belgium, 17 April 2026. Built between 1921 and 1930 as cooperative social housing projects inspired by the garden city movement, the neighbourhood's low-rise houses, private gardens, and curving streets were designed to provide healthier living conditions, in contrast to the dense, terraced urban fabric that characterises much of Brussels.
